We accept refunds 14 days after an item has arrived if the item is unwashed. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at



You may cancel your order within two days. Full refund will be granted for orders cancelled within the 2-day timeframe. However, when your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number was sent to you, you will have to wait for the product to arrive at your shipping address, then you may return it back to us. For International Customers, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are limited to give a return label for US Customers only.

If you receive your refund after returning the package, the cost of the shipment delivery will not be included on your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
