Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a refund. We will send you a return address within 1-2 business days. We accept refunds only if the item is shipped back to us within 14 days after it arrived, and only if the item is unwashed and in the same condition when it arrived. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you receive your refund after returning the package, the cost of the shipment delivery will not be included on your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may cancel your order within two days. Full refund will be granted for orders cancelled within the 2-day timeframe. However, when your order has been fulfilled and a tracking number was sent to you, you will have to wait for the product to arrive at your shipping address, then you may return it back to us.
