Customer service was poor.
I made an error ordering. I ask to cancel the order. They replied I would have to cancel the order once it has processed.
So, when my second purchase arrived, I submitted and asked for a refund. They wanted pictures of the boxes and told me if I would just keep it. They would offer me a 30% discount.

I love this bedding set. It looks great and feels even better. I gave four stars because the the zipper on the pillow shams get caught in the fur and the little handle on the zipper is small which make it difficult to pull through the snag because no leverage. If they improved this it would be 5 stars all day.

Blanket is great at first super soft. We have dogs and one had an acident so we had to wash it and the bottom stayed very soft but the top got kind of stiff to touch but still comfortable.

I am writing regarding my recent purchase on 12/10, for the WULF Blanket, Dark Gray/Couch/3-piece set (Order # 43812).
The product description presented in photos on your website for the Dark Gray blanket, featured a blanket with multiple colors (browns and light grays) and an animal print pattern, which made the blanket stand out. Further it was the animal looking pattern that was the selling point feature of the blanket for the receiver, and what I expected to receive. However, there was a discrepancy in the blanket I paid for and received, and the blanket as pictured on this website. This product was and still is misrepresented in pictures on the website. I reached out on 12/26 and the response was alarming. They are aware the blanket was misrepresented in their photos and I was asked to be patient while they looked into the matter on 12/27. As of 1/4, no one from customer service support has responded even inn it's smallest measurement.

i did this it’s way too big for what it should be and it’s extremely heavy. I can barely lift it and to try to pick it up is very difficult, but I absolutely love it if you understand what I’m saying, but I would make a small smaller size. But I had to take it off of my bed. I wanted it from my bed because I have advanced neuropathy in my legs all the way down and I can barely keep a blanket on, so I was hoping it wasn’t going to be that heavy so I put it on my chair, my in the sunroom where I have to sleep most of the time because of the neuropathy so I can lay it down and wrap it over me or just put it on me and put it above my legs but otherwise I have your bedspread the white one and I love it also my dog doesn’t cause he doesn’t like eucalyptus so you might wanna put a warning dog don’t like you eucalyptus, but overall, I give it a 10 for your trying but just a few maybe smaller mix would be really great. Have a wonderful year and I hope you guys do wonderful.

We got this for our teenage son for Christmas after he loved our Sleep By Santi Bedroom set we got earlier this year. He always commented on how soft and velvety our set was, so we decided to surprise him with the Wolf Blanket for his own room. Love the softness. Color is a little lighter than thw picture but still nice. Biggest negative is that it does not fully fit my bed. I have a king I ordered a king and it is short on all sides. So I guess you need to order a size up but I wish they would have said that it especially for the price.

Blanket came in a timely manner and feels great but doesn’t match the picture on the website. The snow blanket on the web site has streaks of brown or bronze but the blanket I received has gray stripes in it. Not what I was expecting that’s why it only received 4 stars.

Well, it is very heavy… Which I like! I don’t know how you got it in that little tiny box! What I didn’t know was that it is not extremely soft on top. It’s not bad but it’s not real soft. The underside is absolutely delicious. And adding that to the blankets already that I have on my bed have helped me not be so cold at night.
So I do have a question for you…are you going to have a line specifically for spring and summer which is a little lighter weight?
